TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Get Lost VIP Experience Participant shall indemnify and hold Get Lost VIP free and harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, injuries, and liabilities arising from or on account of the Get Lost VIP’s activities or omissions in connection with this Agreement, as well as the costs, including attorneys’ fees, of defending against them. By signing this Get Lost VIP Experience Participant’s Agreement, the participant releases the Get Lost VIP and its representatives from all responsibility and liability.

  • Waiver from Liability for Get Lost VIP Experience Participant’s Travel and Condition. Get Lost VIP take no responsibility or liability for, and the Get Lost VIP Experience Participant expressly waives any right to hold Get Lost VIP liable for: 1. any changes or delays in air schedules, missed airline or other carrier connections, or other services; 2. injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including luggage; 3. additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or schedule; 4. defect in any vehicle or the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the Get Lost VIP Experience Participants, or in carrying out the arrangements of the Get Lost VIP Experience, or otherwise; 5. additional expenses incurred or due to sudden sickness, weather conditions, strikes, or other causes or acts of God; 6. losses due to cancellations.
  • Waiver of Liability for Get Lost VIP Experience. Get Lost VIP is making all arrangements pertaining to the Get Lost VIP Experience, including accommodations, food catering and restaurant reservations in order to provide the experiences described in the Schedule of Events. Get Lost VIP takes no responsibility or liability for, and the Get Lost VIP Experience Participant expressly waives any right to hold Get Lost VIP liable for: injury, death, delay, theft, damage, or irregularities, however caused.
  • Waiver of liability for Full Get Lost VIP Experience Accommodation. Get Lost VIP Experience Participant acknowledges that Get Lost VIP is making certain limited arrangements pertaining to the Get Lost VIP Experience for individuals selecting Full Get Lost VIP Experience Accommodation, including hotel reservations, transportation between the hotel and day to day operation of the Get Lost VIP Experience. As a condition for the provision of these services, Get Lost VIP Experience Participant expressly waives any right (whether in contract, tort, or both), to hold Get Lost VIP liable for delay, theft, damage, injury, terrorism, or irregularities, however caused.

    Get Lost VIP takes no responsibility or liability for, and the Get Lost VIP Experience Participant expressly waives any right to hold Get Lost VIP  liable for: 1) any changes or delays in air schedules, missed airline or other carrier connections, or other services; 2) injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, including luggage; 3) additional expenses resulting from changes in exchange rates, tariffs, or itinerary; 4) defect in any vehicle or the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the Get Lost VIP Experience Participants, or in carrying out the arrangements of the Get Lost VIP Experience, or otherwise; 5) additional expenses incurred or due to sudden sickness, weather conditions, strikes, war, terrorism, quarantine or other causes or acts of God. 6) losses due to cancellation; 7) changes in the Get Lost VIP Experience itinerary; 8) physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual injury as the result of participating in the Get Lost VIP Experience; 9) disappointment or dissatisfaction about the Get Lost VIP Experience.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Regardless of the reason for cancellation, those canceling their booking will forfeit their Non-Refundable Deposit, which is equal to $295 of the Get Lost VIP Experience Fee, and payable at the time of executing this Agreement, and any other monies paid toward the full Get Lost VIP Experience amount.

  • Get Lost VIP is  not responsible for airline or travel arrangements by the Get Lost VIP Experience Participant, and Get Lost VIP assumes no responsibility or liability for losses due to cancellations arranged by.  The Get Lost VIP Experience Participants are responsible for seeking refunds on their tickets from the airline carrier from which their ticket is issued. Some airline tickets might have penalties or surcharges for cancellation, or may be completely non-refundable.

  • There will be no refund for any participant attends the Get Lost VIP Experience, or who leaves Get Lost VIP Experience prior to its conclusion, for whatever reason.

  • Complaints about the Get Lost VIP Experience will not result in any partial or full refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Get Lot VIP reserves the right to accept, decline, or retain any person as a participant at the Get Lost VIP Experience at any time without liability and without any obligation to pay a refund or any other amount whatsoever. Get Lost VIP takes no responsibility or liability for any participant who leaves the Get Lost VIP Experience prior to its conclusion or for any activity undertaken by any participant that is not included on the Schedule of Events or other itinerary.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

You agree and acknowledge that in order to participate in any Get Lost VIP experience, travel insurance is required. The insurance that you obtain must adequately cover you for medical expenses, accidents, property loss, and curtailment or cancellation of your trip. Such insurance is not included with your purchase on the Site. Proof of insurance will be required prior to departure and lack thereof will result in cancellation of participation in Get Lost VIP’s experience.

It is mandatory that all attendees obtain travel insurance with a minimum coverage of $200,000 USD while traveling with Get Lost VIP. Such insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, loss of or damage to luggage, repatriation expenses, and evacuation expenses.
