Who we share your data with
Our host agency is Distinctive Travel who also has limited access to personal data for the purposes of creating client reservations such as First and Last Name, Phone, and Email. We use a third party CRM system “TESS Client Portal” for allowing us to send customers details regarding their current reservations, and maintaining user profiles please click here for their Privacy Policy. We also share client data with any third party system which we book final trip reservations i.e. United Vacations, Southwest Vacations, etc… Clients are made aware of the booking in advance and at that point the vendor indicated has its own Privacy & Terms & Conditions that should be referenced. Per written or verbal authorization we may also share photos via social media that client has given permission for. We do not share data for any other purposes unless otherwise authorized by clients.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can request to see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
